'Adulapuram Satyanarayana' is an Indian social activist, entrepreneur, and youth development activist from Telangana. His work encompasses grassroots social service, youth empowerment, rural digital public-service delivery, and peacebuilding initiatives.

"Early life and education"

Adulapuram Satyanarayana Chari Viswakarma was born on 18 February 1989 to Late Adulapuram Shankaraiah Chari and Guggilla Laxmi in Rapalli village, Gollapalli Mandal, Jagtial district, Telangana.

He completed his primary education in Rapalli and secondary education (SSC) from ZPHS Polasa, Jagtial in 2004. He completed his Intermediate education (2004–2006) and graduated (B.Com) from SKNR Government Arts & Science College, Jagtial in 2007. Later, he obtained a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Kakatiya University, Warangal in 2009 and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Mizoram University.

In 2002, during his early youth, Satyanarayana began his career working as a local newspaper distributor across his native region. He served as a soldier in the Indian Army from August 2001 to February 2002.

Social service and activities

Satyanarayana has been active in community service and youth welfare programs since the mid-2000s. He has also served as a Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) under Common Service Centres (CSC), facilitating digital governance and public services in rural areas, including conducting the Pradhan Mantri Grameena Digital Saksharatha Abhiyan (PMGDISHA) program.

He has participated and addressed several national and international events:

  • Addressed on the topic "Conservation of Natural Resources – The Foundation of National Progress" at the 45th National Sarvodaya Samaj Conference held on October 25, 2013, at Tajganj, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
  • International Workshop on Youth Diplomacy at Nalanda University, Bihar (March 2026).
  • 3rd National Conference on Professional Social Work for Youth Development at Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Tamil Nadu (March 2026).
  • International Conference on Indian Knowledge Traditions ("Śrī Badarikāśrama") at Badrinath, Uttarakhand, representing Mizoram University (May 2026).

Satyanarayana has contributed various public awareness articles focusing on social welfare, community issues, and youth development in regional newspapers..


  • Facilitating legal advice and awareness for rural citizens Center 4502 using the Government of India's Tele-Law Service through Common Service Centres (CSC / VLEs).
